Shipping and Delivery

All purchases are shipped via FedEx. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the transit time. We currently offer FedEx options, including complimentary ground shipping. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Amanda Pearl cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays.

Shipping Methods and Fees

Please add 1-3 days for processing on top of the shipping time. For more information on shipping times, visit www.fedex.com. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, an Amanda Pearl Online Personal Shopper will be pleased to assist you via e-mail at online@amandapearl.com.

Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within a few days. If for some reason we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to suggest a replacement item or to organize a back order. No payment will have taken place at this point. Amanda Pearl does not take any payment until the goods have been packed for your order (except on Special Order items that require pre-payment). We endeavor to have all goods shipped within 28 days, if they must be specially made for you, but we will first email you to alert you to such a delay.

Shipping Carrier and Restrictions

We ship all orders via FedEx insured. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or AFPO's. We do this to further protect you and us from the possibility of third party fraud.

Communication/Tracking Orders

We will attempt to communicate with customers by email. All relevant information about your order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us. Please ensure the email address provided is accurate and up to date.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to online@amandapearl.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy.
