Returns Policy

Amanda Pearl wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For AmandaPearl.com purchases, we will accept unworn, unused or defective merchandise for a full refund. Please note only items purchased from this website can be returned according to the policies below:

  • All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition and must include original packaging with tags attached. No credits or refunds will be issued on used, worn or damaged goods. If the products you return are in new and unused condition, we will refund you the cost of goods sold.
  • Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt to receive a refund. We are unable to accept returns of sale merchandise, discounted items nor custom orders.
  • You must submit a request for a Return Authorization number (RA#) from our customer service department within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Please email us at online@amandapearl.com and include a short summary of the reason for return so that we may better serve you in the future.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns and exchanges. Original shipping costs on defective items will be refunded.
  • Goods must be returned with their original sales slip and shipped in a trackable and insured way. We suggest UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for goods returned to us that we have not signed for and received.
  • Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange. You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has been received in good order and a credit or exchange has been issued. Please note your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received. If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a refund or credit will be issued.
